Refund Policy

All styling services at Solstice Styling are personalised and created specifically for each client. Because of this, all purchases are non-refundable once your style quiz has been submitted and work has begun.

Why I don't offer refunds

Every lookbook is hand-curated by me personally, starting as soon as your style quiz is received. The time, care, and work that goes into each one begins immediately - which means we're unable to offer refunds once that process has started.

Before your quiz is submitted

If you've purchased a service but haven't yet submitted your style quiz, please contact me at hello@solsticestyling.com as soon as possible. I'll do my best to help.

Amendments

Every package includes up to two rounds of amendments. If anything in your lookbook isn't quite right, I'll always work with you to get it there. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if something isn't working for you.

Subscriptions

For subscription services (Your Wardrobe, Styled Monthly), you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Any styling work already completed or in progress at the point of cancellation is non-refundable.

Consumer rights

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital services that have been fully or partially performed with your consent are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. By submitting your style quiz, you confirm your consent for work to begin and acknowledge that the cancellation right no longer applies.
