Shipping policy

All Solstice Styling services are delivered digitally - there is nothing physical to ship. Your lookbook will be delivered straight to your inbox.

Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery is 7–14 working days from the date your style quiz is submitted. You'll receive a confirmation email after booking with your estimated delivery date.

During quieter periods, delivery may be sooner. During busier periods, your lookbook will arrive within the stated range.

How your lookbook is delivered

Your lookbook will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure this is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your email address, contact hello@solsticestyling.com as soon as possible after booking.

Specific dates

If you need your lookbook by a specific date - for example, ahead of a holiday or an event - please email hello@solsticestyling.com before purchasing so I can confirm whether your timeframe is achievable. I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates unless agreed in advance.

Amendments

Once your lookbook has been delivered, you have up to two rounds of amendments included with your package. Amendment requests are typically turned around within 5–7 working days.

International clients

Solstice Styling works with clients worldwide. As all services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping restrictions or additional costs for international clients.
