- Styling Packages: Solstice Styling offers various styling packages. Detailed descriptions and prices are available on our website. 
- Non-Refundable: Once payment is made, we are unable to offer refunds. Please choose your package carefully.
- Style Quiz: After purchasing a package, you will receive a style quiz to complete. Your responses will guide your stylists in creating your personalised lookbook.

3. Personal Data
- Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchase and Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase and instructions for the style quiz.

5. Delivery of Services
- Lookbook Delivery: After completing the style quiz, please allow the advised time for our stylists to create and deliver your personalised lookbook via email.
- Availability: We strive to recommend items that are in stock; however, we cannot guarantee availability due to third-party retailer inventory.

6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content provided by Solstice Styling, including but not limited to lookbooks, designs, and written content, is the property of Solstice Styling. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
- License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitations of Liability
- No Guarantees: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful styling advice, Solstice Styling makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any recommendations.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Solstice Styling harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.
