Welcome to Solstice Styling. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services at solsticestyling.com. By purchasing a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the service

Solstice Styling is a virtual personal styling service operated by Solstice Styling Ltd, registered in England and Wales. All styling services are digital and delivered via email. Full details of available packages and pricing are listed on the website.

2. Purchasing a service

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions for completing your style quiz.

All payments are processed securely. Solstice Styling accepts payment methods as listed at checkout.

3. Style quiz

After purchasing, you'll receive a style quiz by email. Your responses guide the creation of your personalised lookbook. The more detail you provide, the better your lookbook will be. Work begins once your completed quiz is received.

4. Delivery

Lookbooks are delivered to the email address used at checkout within 7–14 working days of your style quiz being submitted. During quieter periods, delivery may be sooner.

Every package includes up to two rounds of amendments. If you need your lookbook by a specific date, please contact hello@solsticestyling.com before purchasing.

While every effort is made to recommend in-stock items, Solstice Styling cannot guarantee third-party retailer availability at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds and cancellations

All styling services are non-refundable once your style quiz has been submitted and work has begun. This is because every lookbook is personalised and created specifically for you.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital services that have been fully or partially performed with your consent are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. By submitting your style quiz, you confirm consent for work to begin.

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Any work already completed or in progress is non-refundable. Please see the full Refund Policy for further details.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@solsticestyling.com immediately.

7. Personal data

Your use of Solstice Styling's services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content created by Solstice Styling - including lookbooks, written content, designs, and imagery - remains the intellectual property of Solstice Styling Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the content provided to you as part of your service.

Sharing, reselling, or reproducing Solstice Styling content without permission is not permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

Solstice Styling provides personalised styling advice based on the information you supply. While every effort is made to provide accurate and considered recommendations, Solstice Styling makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of any specific item or recommendation.

Solstice Styling's liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify Solstice Styling against any claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

10. SMS marketing

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website or checkout, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Solstice Styling. These may include service updates, reminders, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email hello@solsticestyling.com.

11. Changes to these terms

Solstice Styling reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Use of client lookbooks

By purchasing a Solstice Styling service, you agree that Solstice Styling Ltd may use anonymised or attributed images from your lookbook for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials.

If you would prefer your lookbook not to be used in this way, please notify us in writing at hello@solsticestyling.com before or at the time of purchasing your service. We will always respect your request.

Client names will only be used with explicit permission.
