Cancellation policy

All styling services are digital and styled-to-order. By purchasing a service, you agree to the timelines and terms outlined below.

Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription (e.g. monthly outfit styling), you will receive styling services on a recurring basis, depending on the plan selected. Payments will be taken automatically based on your chosen billing cycle. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time via your confirmation email or by contacting hello@solsticestyling.com Any work already completed or in progress before cancellation is non-refundable.

Styling Services: Due to the personalised nature of styling services, all purchases are non-refundable once your style quiz has been submitted and work has begun.

If you need to delay your service, please email as soon as possible

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is 7–14 working days from quiz completion. During busy periods, timelines will fall within this range. During quieter periods, delivery may be sooner
