Cancellation policy

All styling services at Solstice Styling are digital and created personally for each client. By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription - such as Your Wardrobe, Styled Monthly —- you will receive styling services on a recurring basis in line with your chosen plan. Payment is taken automatically at the start of each billing cycle and your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time by visiting the link in your order confirmation email or by emailing hello@solsticestyling.com. Any work already completed or in progress at the point of cancellation is non-refundable.

Styling Packages

All styling packages are non-refundable once your style quiz has been submitted and work has begun. This is because every lookbook is personalised and created specifically for you - work starts as soon as your quiz is received.

If you need to delay your service for any reason, please email hello@solsticestyling.com as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Delivery Timeframes

Lookbooks are delivered within 7–14 working days of your style quiz being submitted. During quieter periods delivery may be sooner. During busier periods, delivery will fall within this range.

If you need your lookbook by a specific date, please contact hello@solsticestyling.com before purchasing so I can confirm whether your timeframe is achievable.
